After finishing his Master Degree in Business Administration at University of Cologne, Ruben joined Ernst&Young as Principal Auditor for Statutory Audits and IT-Audits.
With Coca-Cola Ruben served nearly 18 years in progressively senior finance and IT-related roles.
Between 2003 and 2010 he gave financial and strategic leadership to the multibillion US-$ businesses for Coca-Cola in France and subsequently to the Scandinavian Business Division, with year-on-year strong Volume and EBITDA growth.
With the creation of Faustsolutions in 2010, as an independent boutique consulting and interim management agency, he has been going on his mission offering expertise and internationally shaped experience, together with a human touch, to businesses and organisations as an outside senior advisor and interim manager.
In that role he delivered continuously strong results to customers in a wide range of segments (Cloud-Computing, Consulting, NGO, IoT) and assignments / projects (Business Restructuring, Business Development, Business Model Review, Interim CFO).
Ruben is native German, speaks fluent English and French, as well as basic Spanish.
In leisure times he is enjoying Mountainbiking equally Motorcycling (MX/Enduro).
